On January 1, 2006 Smith County Implement in Smith Center, KS, Phillips County Implement in Phillipsburg, KS, McClymont Implement, INC. in Holdrege, NE, and the Minden Terminal in Minden, NE, merged their ownership groups forming a new John Deere dealership organization, LandMark Implement, Inc. Recently the ownership group expanded the dealership family by purchasing Husker Ag Sales in Gothenburg and Lexington Nebraska. All of these dealerships have roots that run deep in South central Nebraska and North central Kansas.
